After they left we had spaghetti bolognese for tea and he had raisins for pudding. Then he practiced his Clarinet, brushed his teeth and got ready for bed. South Berkshire 7s verses Henley 5s

General

Elliott was very good today.

Activities

In the morning Elliott had a lie in after hockey training the night before and then did his homework. We went to Barry and Jenny Griggs house for lunch to watch Crystal Palace verses Tottenham Hotspurs and he had a ham baguette for lunch.

After lunch we went to Birch Hill Hockey Club in Bracknell for the South Berkshire 7s verses Henley 5s friendly. Elliott played at left back and started off a little tentatively but really grew in to the game and by the end was really getting involved and players were telling him well played. He was subbed on and off a few times but they all were. He also played next to one of the South Berkshire 1s centre backs who had been drafted in to help out and it really helped him. They lost the game 3-2 but Henley's team had fewer Under 16 players and everyone seemed very happy with how the game had gone at the end. Elliott was really happy after the game and really enjoyed it. After the game we came home and he had a quick shower, practiced his Clarinet and then it was back to Barry and Jenny Griggs house for a house warming party where there were other sons and daughters there he knew. They played badminton in the garden, table football and PlayStaion. We had barbeque burgers and hot dogs for tea. We got a taxi home at the end of the evening and he went straight to bed as it was getting late.
