Elliott was good for most of today, but he was a bit whingy at times and he had a rest half way through the day so I think he was quite tired.
Activities
We enjoyed the sun by going swimming at Coral Reef in the morning and going scootering in the park in the afternoon, including some time on the play equipment.

Model trains at Ally Pally
General
Elliott was good for most of the day, however he did have one time out today as he was misbehaving a bit over breakfast with Billy, but he was very good in his time out and apologised very nicely.
Activities
Today we went with Chas and Billy to a model railway exhibition at Alexandra Palace. This was really good, there were lots of different layouts of model trains in different sizes and the boys both had steps to help them see and really liked watching them. We spent quite a lot of the day there and also played in the park outside a bit and they both played really nicely together. In fact they were both really well behaved overall and only a few incidents of slight over excitement at times, but to be expected I think with such a lot of stimulation.

Crystal Palace fun fair
General
Elliott was good for all of the day. However he did have a wet accident today while he was on the fun fair bouncy castle which is the first time he's had an accident when with me for quite a while.
Activities
We visited Chas, Elaine and Billy today, driving up in the late morning after a lazy morning. After lunch we went to a fun fair at Crystal Palace park near where they live. This was good fun and Elliott really enjoyed the boucy castle and a bus converted into a kind of soft play activity. However he wasn't in the mood for many other rides, although Billy tried some. Him and Billy did play together really nicely though and were getting on brilliantly and both went to bed together very nicely.

The Look Out
General
Elliott was good for all the day.
Activities
We spent most of the day today at The Look Out, inside and out and for lunch. This was really good and Elliott has made loads of progress learning how different exhibits work. He particularly liked the bubble exhibit today, though also played the foot piano really well.

Coral Reef and The Look Out combination
General
Elliott was good for most of the day. However at bedtime he was really procrastinating and wouldn't choose a story when it was alreay past his bedtime. So I left the room for a bit and he was upset and when I came back he was much better behaved, chose a story quickly and we got on with things and he got off quickly.
Activities
We had another lazy morning in jimmy jarmies playing and watching some Octonauts.
After lunch we went to Coral Reef swimming and then The Look Out playgrounds which was good fun.

Sonic poster
General
Elliott was good for all the day. He did ask at one point why he had 2 houses so I think he is beginning to understand his circumstances are different to some other childrens.
Activities
In the morning we had a lazy staying in. We did some attempted writing practice which turned into drawing, some jigsaw puzzles, played with lego, cars, and some bouncing.
After lunch we went to Palmer Park for more scootering and football to take advantage of the sunshine. When we got home Andrea came over for tea and crumpets and to help put up the Sonic poster she had bought for Elliott's birthday present.

Octonauts
General
Elliott was good for all the day. He was also talking about his new baby sister quite a bit today and seemed very excited. He said "she is going to pop out of Mummy's tummy at the end of Spring" which was very sweet among other things.
Activities
In the morning we went to the park by Tescos for some scootering, football and playing on park equipment. He was really active for quite a long time and we were both quite tired by lunchtime, when we decided to eat in Tescos.
After lunch we had a lazy afternoon at home playing with lego, cars, musical instruments and a new Bob the Builder phone that came free with a Bob the Builder magazine. We also watched some episodes of Octonauts which made a nice change from Ben 10!

Scootering
General
Elliott was well behaved today and no ear wiggling!
Activities
Today we went scootering in the morning in Prospect Park. We also played some football in the park and played on the play equipment for a while.
We had a lazy afternoon watching some Cbeebies, playing with toys and playing some games. He seemed a little tired but was in good spirits, but think we both enjoyed a lazy time.

Museum of Army Flying
General
Elliott was well behaved today again, but still some ear wiggling, though less than yesterday.
Activities
Today we went to the Musuem of Army Flying at Middle Wallop with Granny and had a pic nic lunch there. It was really good fun and he was very excited to see aeroplanes, helicopters and a few trucks and personnel carriers. There was also a children's play zone with a ball pit that he really enjoyed.
Around that we did some catching, playing with trains and cars, drawing and watching some television (Ben 10 and some Cbeebies).
