Pancakes

General 

Elliott was really good after school today.

Activities

After hockey club we went straight to swimming and Elliott enjoyed his lesson and did well. Then we headed home and we had pancakes for tea. Elliott had a shower after swimming so after pancakes he had some bedtime squash, brushed his teeth, watched some Doctor Who and then read some of his Doctor Who 2016 annual before it was time to go to bed.

WASMA practice

General 

Elliott was very good today after WASMA practice and said he'd really enjoyed choir and found maths today easy.

Activities

After we got home Elliott wrote his 9 invite cards for his party (with some help with the details from me). He's invited Charlie, Thomas, Sam, Bilal, Josh, Kian, Adam (Barker) and Isaac from school and Harry from football. There is also a spare back up invite in case. Then he had some toast and went for his bath. After his bath he did some drawing of Daleks using the method in his Doctor Who annual before brushing his teeth and reading some more Billionaire Boy. Then it was time to go to sleep.

Star Wars monopoly

General 

Elliott was good today. He did get a bit restless during our Star Wars monopoly game (having really wanted to play it) but we had a quick break and when we got back to the game he re-engaged until the end.

Activities

After breakfast Elliott made a toy review of his Lego Doctor Who's Tardis set and his Ninjago Jailbreak set:

Then we started playing Star Wars monopoly which was really good fun until after about 45 minutes Elliott started getting a bit restless. So we had a break for lunch and had sausages and rice.

After lunch he went scootering outside the fields opposite the house and was doing really big jumps. Then we finished off the Star Wars monopoly game (which he won) and after the game we both read for a while while we listened to Doctor Who background music (he read Billionaire Boy). Next it was time to go to football training. Before hand I challenged him to mess around less and see if he could get more out of it and he did. For the first half they practiced passing and he was really listening and trying. In the second half they played a dribbling game and then a very quick game at the end and he wasn't quite as focused all the time but it was a definite improvement and afterwards he seemed to have enjoyed it. After training we raced home and he had his bath, brushed his teeth and then read some more Millionaire Boy before  bed time.

Sing

General 

Elliott was really good today. 

Activities

In the morning we went to hockey and it was a really good session. After warming up they spent about an hour doing exercises learning to push pass off both feet and Elliott was listening and concentrating really well. The coaching was also really good as they had the main South African coach and two others who were doing lots of one on one with everyone. After the push passing they had a game and Elliott played on the left and did some good tackling and passing and enjoyed the session. After hockey we popped in to Wokingham before going home for a bath and hamburgers, rice and broccoli (which he ate with no fuss) for lunch.

After lunch he played with his Doctor Who toys and then we watched a programme about The Lake District. Then it was time to go to Bracknell Odeon to watch Sing which was really good and Andrea came with us and all 3 of us really enjoyed the film. After we got home he got ready for bed and toast and bedtime squash before practicing his Peace Child songs "Haiy-a!, U-Tombya!" and "Don't Mess with the Bears" (inspired by Sing I think). Then it was time for teeth brushing and he read more of Millionaire Boy before bed time.

Harry Potter

General 

Elliott was good today.

Activities

After we got up and had breakfast in Downton he got ready for football and then we drove back straight to the game. I thought the game today was quite good and he played really well at the beginning and end. Elliott said he'd enjoyed the end of the game when he'd got back in to it after being hurt. I thought Panthers did well though and it was good to see Theo back:

After football we caught some Pokemons and drove home where he had a bath before luncheon meat rolls for lunch.

After lunch he played with his Lego for a bit and then we watched Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkabam which he enjoyed. Then we had pepporoni pizza for tea, got ready for bed, had some bedtime squash, brushed his teeth and read some more of Billionaire Boy before it was time for sleep.

Pokemon Go Generation 2

General 

Elliott was good again today.

Activities

We had another lazy first part of the morning with more Doctor Who and more playing. Then we noticed that Pokemon Go had finally had it's Generation 2 upgrade so we did some Pokemon hunting in Downton before we headed to Salisbury with Granny. When we got to Salisbury we walked in over the Town Path (Elliott rode in on his scooter) and caught more Pokemon:

Then we had lunch in Subway (Elliott had ham and pepperoni).

After lunch we looked round the toy shop and Elliott chose some potential presents for his birthday (Lego Batman movie sets and a big Thunderbird 2 model) before we popped in to some other shops and then walked back over the Town Path catching more Pokemon as we went. Then we went to Waitrose and Smyths Toy Superstore on the way back to Downton. When we got home we had some cake for tea, we talked about resilience for his values based home learning and then he watched some more Doctor Who. He had chicken nuggets and chips for tea before bath time, bedtime squash, tooth brushing and reading more of "Billionaire Boy".

Old Sarum

General 

Elliott was really good today.

Activities

We had a lazy first part of the morning and Elliott watched some Doctor Who and played with Lego and Deadly 60 toys. Then we headed off to Old Sarum where we met up with Matt, Lara, Harry, Bertie, Dan, Jo, Martha, Noah, Hayley and Dolcis Higgins and Emma, George and Florence Tranter. Everyone played together and ran around the old Cathedral ruins at Old Sarum and had a lot of fun:

There was also so Pokemon hunting and some football. Then we headed to the Harvester over the road and Elliott had cheesy garlic bread for lunch.

After lunch everyone went in to the pub garden and played together again for a few hours with no trouble. Harry and Elliott got on really well as normal and Noah and Bertie joined in with a lot of their games. We said our goodbyes late afternoon and headed back to Downton where Elliott had spaghetti bolognese for tea. Then he had his bath, drank his bedtime squash, brushed his teeth, watched some more Doctor Who and then read some more of "Billionaire Boy" before going to sleep.

Downton

General 

Elliott was good today after I picked him up.

Activities

After I picked Elliott up we drove straight down to Granny and Grandpa's house in Downton. After we got there he showed Granny and Grandpa some of his magic tricks and then had a bath. After his bath he had some bed time squash, brushed his teeth and watched some Doctor Who on the iPad.

Doctor Who monsters book

General 

Elliott was very good today after school and had leak pie for lunch at school.

Activities

After hockey club we went straight to swimming lessons and after the lesson finished Elliott had a shower. Then we headed home and he watched an episode of Doctor Who and had some toast for tea. Then he went to his room and read his Doctor Who monsters book for a while before brushing his teeth and going to sleep.

Jog

General 

Elliott was good today after school. During football training he was the instigator of quite a lot of silliness so afterwards I talked to him about trying to get the best out of training and how he'd got good at hockey because he'd focused on training rather than messing around. He got upset at first and sulky but by the time we got home he was saying he was going to try to be calmer during training.

Activities

After school we went home and he read some of his Doctor Who dictionary. Then he had some toast for tea and we went for a jog around the fields together after he'd got changed for football training. Football training was wet tonight and he was quite distracted, shouting a lot and pretending to hit Harry and Olly rather than concentrating on the game they were playing. Also he was the one starting the messing around tonight so I had a calm word with him afterwards about concentrating more to get the most out of it. After we got home he had a quick bath, brushed his teeth, read some of his Doctor Who monsters book and then went to sleep.

Lego Batman

General 

Elliott was really good today and enjoyed the hockey tournament, although he has developed a rivalry with the Sonning team in particular.

Activities

It was an early start in the morning to get to the hockey tournament in Maidenhead. I thought he played well and he enjoyed himself and getting to know Noah better. I think they played well and, in a way, it's a shame that the games weren't a bit longer. But it was another well organised event I thought:

After hockey we went to Maidenhead and had a look around the toy shop and some charity shops and we had Subway for lunch (he had ham and pepperoni).

After lunch we drove home and he had a bath. Then we headed out to Showcase cinema to watch the new Lego Batman movie which was good and very funny. After the cinema we came home and he did his home learning (writing down information about his favourite book "The Doctor Who Visual Dictionary"). Then we went to The Leathern Bottle for tea where we met Andrea and Andrea's Dad as they'd been out all day looking after Andrea's Grandad who has had to go in to hospital as he's ill. He had a cheeseburger, chips and beans for his tea. After tea we went home and he got changed for bed, had some squash, brushed his teeth and read some more of his Doctor Who monsters book before it was time to go to sleep.

Billionaire Boy

General 

Elliott was well behaved today. He was upset about losing his Lego sonic screwdriver but he did calm down quickly and he wasn't angry, just upset.

Activities

We had a lazy morning before Elliott went off to Lilly's party. He watched some Doctor Who and read about Doctor Who monsters.

After he got back from Lilly's party we went for a walk around the Arborfield where they're building the new houses and village. After we got back he did his homework (which was writing a paragraph introducing a story using adjectives, adverbs and adverbial phrases) and then he  watched some more Doctor Who. He had hot dogs for tea with cake from Lilly's party for pudding. Then he had his bath, brushed his teeth and started reading Billionaire Boy by David Walliams. Aftter 20 minutes of reading it was time to go to sleep.

Clarinet solo

General 

Elliott was really good today after school and really well behaved during the discos I helped out at there weren't his disco. In fact he helped give out the snacks during the disco break. he was also pleased with his Clarinet solo, though also a little bashful.

Activities

I really enjoyed the morning concert and thought Elliott played his Clarinet solo really well. When I picked him up after school I made sure he knew how good I thought it was and, although he was adamant he'd made a mistake, he seemed pleased with how it had gone. After pick up we went home and he had some toast and got changed for the disco. Then we headed back to school for the discos. He had lots of fun during his disco and was dancing / playing with Kian, Sairam, Sam, Isaac and Georgina (who told me she was a tom boy and didn't like her long hair because it made her hot). After we got home from the disco he got changed, brushed his teeth and went straight to bed because it was getting quite late.
