Swimming lesson

General 

Elliott was good after school today.

Activities

After Hockey Club we went to Elliott's swimming lesson where he did really well. After his lesson he had a shower and then we stopped at Tesocs on the way home to pick up a packed lunch for the Bisham Abbey Hockey Tournament tomorrow. After we got home he watched some Lego animations on You Tube before doing his Clarinet practice and burshing his teeth. Finally he read some his new "Cogheart" school book before going to sleep.

Spelling test

General 

Elliott was in good spirits after school today as he has changed learning partner.

Activities

After picking Elliott up we went home and he did his spelling test homework. Then he played some quick games of Fortnite before he had some toast for tea. Next we went to Whistling Woodwind before he had his bath, brushed his teeth, got ready for bed and read more of his "Skullduggery Pleasant" school book before going to sleep.

Old Kingstonian Hockey Tournament

General 

Elliott was really good today. 

Activities

In the morning we went to Addlestone for the Old Kingstonian Hockey Tournament. The Old Kinstonian teams were tough opposition and Elliott's team found them challenging to play but it was good to see him keep going and trying to motivate people around him and he played some really good hockey. After the tournament we drove home and had luncheon meat sandwiches for lunch.

After lunch Elliott did some Clarinet practice and then he played Fortnite and watched some Transformers animations. We had pasta with pepperoni sauce for tea before Elliott had a bath, brushed his teeth and got ready for bed. He read more of "Skulduggery Pleasant"  before going to sleep and has almost finished it now.

Wokingham picture shop

General 

Elliott was very good today. 

Activities

In the morning Elliott had a lazy time and did some more animating with his new Shockwave Transformer. He also did his first test for homework and watched some Transformers toy reviews on the iPad. We had luncheon meat sandwiches for lunch.

After lunch we went to Wokingham shopping and Elliott was really good, especially as we spent quite a long time in a picture shop. After shopping we came home and Elliott did his second homework test and practiced his Clarinet. Then he watched some more Transformers reviews on the iPad before we had pasta with tomato and bacon sauce for tea. After tea he had his bath, cleaned his teeth, got ready for bed and read more of his "Skulduggery Pleasant" school book before going to sleep.

Shockwave

General 

Elliott was good after school.

Activities

After picking Elliott up we went to the Post Office delivery office to pick up his birthday present from Granny - a Shockwave Masterpiece Transformer. He was very happy with this and as soon as we got home he did some animating with his new Transformer. He had toast for tea and then had his bath, brushed his teeth and got ready for bed. He read more of his "Skullduggery Pleasant" school book before going to sleep.

Swimming lesson

General 

Elliott was really good after school though seemed a bit worried his homework marks have gone down lately.

Activities

After Hockey Club we drove home and Elliott had some toast before swimming. He enjoyed his swimming lesson and said he'd improved his Butterfly stroke and after swimming he had a shower and got changed in to his pyjamas. Then we drove home and he did his homework before watching some Transformer toy reviews on the iPad. Finally he brushed his teeth, read more of his "Skullduggery Pleasant" school book and then went to sleep.

Wobbly tooth

General 

Elliott was good after school and enjoyed after school Hockey Club.

Activities

After hockey we drove home and Elliott had some toast and a sandwich before his swimming lesson. His swimming lesson went well and he had a shower afterwards and got changed in to his pyjamas. His wobbly tooth also came out while he was getting changed. Then we drove home and he did some Clarinet practice before playing one game of Fortnite and then watching another episode of Generation 1 Transformers cartoon from the 1980s. Then he brushed his teeth and read more of "Skullduggery Pleasant" before going to sleep.

Clarinet practice

General 

Elliott was very good after school and had a good day at school today.

Activities

After school we drove home and Elliott did some Clarinet practice as Whistling Woodwind was not on today. After his practice he had luncheon meat sandwiches for tea. After tea he played Fortnite before having his bath and brushing his teeth. Then he watched a You Tube video about things that might have been missed in Captain Marvel before he read more of his "Skullduggery Pleasant" school book and went to sleep.

In2Hockey Tournament at Reading Hockey Club

General 

Elliott was very good today. 

Activities

In the morning Elliott had breakfast and then played some Fortnite to relax before the hockey tournament. Then we drove to Reading Hockey Club for the tournament. There was quite a lot of waiting around before the games began but once the tournament got going Elliott and his team played really well. They won, drew and lost a game in the league stage and then lost their semi final to a very strong Reading side but played very well. In the end they lost the 3rd place play off to the other (stronger) South Berkshire side but again they played really well and Elliott was awarded player of his team for the whole tournament:

Overall all the boys had a really good time and it should help Elliott's confidence that he played so well:

After the tournament we headed home and had luncheon meat sandwiches for lunch.

After lunch he did his theory homework and practiced his clarinet before we headed to the Showcase cinema to see Captain Marvel which we both enjoyed a lot. After the film we drove home and then Elliott played some Fortnite before having burgers, potato waffles and peas for tea. After tea he had his bath, got ready for bed, brushed his teeth and read some of his "Skulduggery Pleasant" school book before going to sleep.

Noisy Kids

General 

Elliott was really good today. 

Activities

In the morning Elliott had a bath after breakfast and then we went to Noisy Kids at The Hexagon. This was really good and The Royal Philharmonic Orchestra played various shortish pieces with a link to Heroes and Villains. Elliott enjoyed the Jurassic Park theme tune the most but said he enjoyed the whole concert. After the concert we popped in to Smths Toy Superstore and he bought Jazz and Deadlock Transformers with some of his birthday money before we went to Kentucky Fried Chicken for lunch.

After lunch we drove home and Elliott did his Grammar, Punctuation and Spelling homework before discovering unfortunately he'd left his Maths homework at school. After his homework he did some vlogging, animating and played some Fortnite and then we had chicken fajitas for tea. After tea he did some Clarinet practice before brushing his teeth and getting ready for bed. When he was ready for bed he read some of his "Skulduggery Pleasant" school book before going to sleep.

School disco

General 

Elliott was good after school .

Activities

After school we drove home and had luncheon meat sandwiches for tea. Then it was off to the school disco and Elliott helped out during the younger children's discos with refreshements and then enjoyed his disco, even doing the Macarena. Then we drove home and Elliott brushed his teeth and went straight to bed as it was getting late.

Shrove Tuesday pancakes

General 

Elliott was good after school today.

Activities

After school we drove home and Elliott got ready for his swimming lesson (today was a lesson where he wore pyjamas in the pool). When he'd got changed I made pancakes for tea. After his pancakes we set off for his swimming lesson which went well and he showered as normal after the lesson finished. After swimming we came home and he watched some Transformer toy reviews on You Tube before brushing his teeth and reading some of his book "The Polka Dot Shop" before bed (as he'd left his school book at school).
