The Lego Movie 2

General 

Elliott was very good today.

Activities

After breakfast we went to Bracknell Odeon to see the Kids Club showing of The Lego Movie 2 with Andrea. After the film we had Pizza Hut buffet for lunch.

After lunch we went to Sol Joel Park where Elliott did some skateboarding. Then we went to the BMX track in Lower Earley and he rode his bike. After we got home he watched some toy reviews on the iPad and then had a ham and cheese sandwich for tea. After tea he did some Clarinet practice and then had his bath, brushed his teeth and got ready for bed. Before it was time to go to sleep he read a Spiderman comic book.

Dinton Pastures

General 

Elliott was really good today.

Activities

After I picked Elliott up we went home and he watched the iPad and started a new animation. Then I had to go to work so Granny visited to look after him. He made his own ham sandwich for lunch.

After lunch he went to Dinton Pastures with Granny and I met them there after lunch. He'd walked around the lake with Granny and played in the adventure playground. Then we headed home and he had pasta with Dolmio stir in pepperoni sauce for tea. After tea he had his bath, brushed his teeth and got ready for bed before doing some Clarinet practice. After his Clarinet practice he read some of his book "Fing" by David Walliams.

Packed bags

General 

Elliott was good after school today and was excited about the Belgium trip.

Activities

After Invasion Games we went shopping in Sainsburys for his packed lunch for his trip to Belgium tomorrow. After we got home he packed his bags and tidied his room, had some cheese on toast for tea and then had an early bath and brushed his teeth. Then he got ready for bed and and read more of "Timmy Failure" before getting an early night because of having to get up so early tomorrow to get to school for the Belgium trip.

Elliott was really good after school today.

Activities

After school Elliott relaxed by playing with Transformers before having hamburgers, potato waffles and peas for tea. The we went to Whistling Woodwind which he enjoyed before coming home, brushing his teeth and having his bath. After his bath he read some of his new school book "Timmy Failure" before it was time to go to sleep.

BMX track

General 

Elliott was good today.

Activities

We had another lazy morning and during the morning Elliott made a new animation with a new mini Transformer Botbot. We had pasta with Dolmio ham and tomato stir in sauce for lunch while watching more of the Great Britain verses Argentina hockey game.

After lunch we picked up Elliott's bike and went to the BMX track. He really enjoyed riding around the course and was going pretty fast by the end. After we got home from the BMX track he played Fortnite and then had ham sandwiches for tea. He did some more Clainet practice before his bath and then he brushed his teeth and got ready for bed. Before going to sleep he read more of "Kid Normal".

Smiths Toys Superstore

General 

Elliott was very good today.

Activities

We had a lazy morning and Elliott watched some You Tube videos theorising about Marvel plots and played with his Transformers. We went out for lunch as a post SATs treat and Elliott chose Kentucky Fried Chicken near the Madejski Stadium.

After lunch we had a quick look in Smiths Toys Superstore and then we headed to Wokingham for a look around. After we got home Elliott had ham cheese sandwiches for tea and we watched the England verses Argentina hockey match on television (from the same competition we'd seen England playing Spain). Then he did some Clainet practice before having his bath, brushing his teeth and getting ready for bed. He read some more of "Kid Normal" before it was time for sleep.

Starscream

General 

Elliott was very good after school today and had really enjoyed his day at Dinton Pastures.

Activities

After we got home Elliott relaxed by playing with a new Starsream Transformer he'd bought with his pocket money. Then we dropped Andrea off in Wokingham before coming home again and having pepperoni pizza for tea. After tea he had his bath, brushed his teeth and got ready for bed. After bed time he read more of his "Kid Normal" book before it was time to go to sleep.

SATs

General 

Elliott was good after school today and had enjoyed Invasion Games after school club again. He seemed calm about today's SATs (English reading) and said he'd tried his best so I told him I was proud as that's all that counts.

Activities

After I picked Elliott up from school we went home and Elliott relaxed by posing his Transformers and watching some Transformer reviews on the iPad. Then he had crackers for tea before practicing his Clarinet. Then it was time for his bath, brushing his teeth and getting ready for bed. After he got in to bed he read more of his "Kid Normal" book before going to sleep.

Chess

General 

Elliott was very good after school today and had enjoyed school. He came home with an updated attainment level report in his school bag. This put him at 6W for all areas which it said was exactly on track for expectations.

Activities

After school we went home and Elliott did his Maths homework first thing. Then he played some Fortnite before having ham and cheese sandwiches for tea. After his tea he had a bath, brushed his teeth and got ready for bed before playing me at chess again. Then he read more of his "Kid Normal" book before going to sleep.

Wokingham Summer Fayre

General 

Elliott was really good today.

Activities

After breakfast we went to the Wokingham Summer Fayre to help Andrea set up a stall she was running for reflexology. After we'd help set the stall up we had a look around the Fayre for a while. Then we headed home and Elliott had some toast for lunch and some pick n mix from the Fayre for pudding.

After lunch he played some Fortnite before we headed back to the Fayre to help Andrea pack up. We had some time before Andrea was ready to pack up so we went to Costa Coffee and played a few games of chess with the travel chess set. After we packed up we came home and Elliott filmed a toy review. Then we had hamburgers, rice and peas for tea. After tea Elliott practiced his Clarinet and then had his bath, brushed his teeth and got ready for bed. Before it was time to go to sleep Elliott read some more of "Kid Normal".

BMX Track

General 

Elliott was very good today. 

Activities

After breakfast Elliott played some Fortnite on the iPad and then he collected his bike and rode around the BMX Track in Lower Earley:

After lots of bike riding we headed to Bracknell for lunch and Elliott had garlic bread with cheese and a pepperoni American classic pizza.

After lunch we looked at some of the shops in Bracknell before visiting Andrea's Dad on the way home where we watched some of the World Championship Snooker final. After we got home Elliott did his homework, played some Fortnite on the iPad with his friends online and then had cheese and biscuits for tea. After tea he practiced his Clarinet before having his bath and brushing his teeth. Then he watched some iPad before reading more of "Kid Normal" before going to sleep.

Great Britain verses Spain

General 

Elliott was very good today. 

Activities

We got ready early today for a Saturday and headed to Wokingham train station where we caught the train to London to go to Lee Valley Hockey Centre in the Olympic Park for the FIH League hockey match between England and Spain. During the game Elliott had a hot dog for lunch:

The game was really good and finished 1-1, although Great Britain had a goal from a short corner disallowed right at the end because the ball hadn't left the D. After full time there was a shoot out for an extra point because it had finished as a draw and Great Britain went ahead in this but then lost eventually. It was good for Elliott to see players missing in the shoot out after his experience with Hawkedon in the Berkshire finals..

After the game we headed back to Westfield shopping centre and we looked in some shops there including the Lego shop, The Entertainer and Menkind. Then we headed home on the train and he watched some toy reviews on the iPad and did some quick Clarinet practice. He had spaghetti bolognese for tea before his bath and brushing his teeth. After he was ready for bed he read some more of "Kid Normal" before going to sleep.

Kid Normal

General 

Elliott was good after school today and had a good day at school.

Activities

I picked Elliott up after the Town and Parish Election Count and we stopped at Waitrose on the way home. After we got home he played some Fortnite before having his bath. After his bath he did a quick bit of Clarinet practice before brushing his teeth. Before going to sleep he read some of his "Kid Normal" book.
