In the morning we went to Wellington School for hockey training with the Under 14 girls which Bruce took as Graeme was away. The boys who came had fun and they played mixed games and a boys against girls game at the end. After training we went home and he had a shower. However because Matt Higgins had a cold and wanted to be safe we decided it was best to reschedule the Matt and Harry Higgins visit. Elliott was disappointed but had a shower and started cheering himself up by playing Miles Morales on his PlayStation 5. We had cheese on toast for lunch and chocolate birthday cake for pudding.
After lunch he carried on playing on his PlayStation 5 and at one stage we played each other at Rocket League, with Elliott teaching me how to play the game. He also practiced his Clarinet. He had pepperoni pizza for tea. He read "The Toll" by Neal Shusterman before he went to sleep.

In the morning Elliott woke up and opened his cards and presents. Then he started setting up his PlayStation 5 although unfortunately the monitor we were hoping to use didn't work so we set it up downstairs with the television instead. Then he headed off for lunch.
After lunch I picked him up with his television from the games room to use with the PlayStation 5. e went to hockey at Cantley Park and South Berkshire Mens 7s beat Wallingford Mens 5 2-1 in a very competitive game. Elliott played well, particularly in the second half, although he did get a yellow card and was sent off for 5 minutes (we're still not quite sure why). After the game we went for teas with Bailey, Aaron and Gregg which was fun but we had hoped more of the team would be having teas. Dave wished him a happy birthday though. After teas we drove home and he had spaghetti bolognese for tea and fig rolls for pudding before he then set up the PlayStation 5 with the new television. He also had a shower, got ready for be and practiced his Clarinet. Before he went to sleep he read more of "The Toll" by Neal Shusterman.

Then we headed off to Berkshire Under 14 hockey training. After training we drove home and he practiced his Clarinet, had a shower and got ready for bed. He read "The Toll" by Neal Shusterman before he went to sleep.

In the morning we went to the Dentist's for Elliott's teeth extraction. He was nervous but he was fine and when we left he seemed pretty happy he'd gone through with having the teeth out (though he was lisping due to some of his mouth still being numb). He had some bread and butter and fig rolls for lunch to make sure it was soft food.
After lunch he recuperated in his room and had some Ibuprofen when the anaesthetic began to wear off. He didn't practice his Clarinet due to his mouth still recovering but he did have pasta with margarine for tea (he felt the normal sauce might not be good for his recovering gums). After tea he relaxed more and then got ready for bed. Before he went to sleep he read more of "The Toll" by Neal Shusterman.

After lunch we went to South Berkshire 7s verses Sonning 6s at Sonning and South Berkshire 7s won 2-0. Elliott played in midfield and had a really good game. It was quite a bad tempered game and Sonning didn't have any younger players. They also harrassed the Umpires continually and tried to wind up the younger South Berkshire players but Elliott didn't ris to it. After hockey we drove home and Elliott had Dominos pepperoni pizza for tea with Jack and Harry Jenkins. After tea he played his Star Wars computer game on his computer with Jack before having a shower, getting ready for bed and practicing his Clarinet. Before he went to sleep he read more of "The Toll" by Neal Shusterman.
