Elliott was good tonight.
Activities
After school we went to bike club at Palmer Park from 4.30pm to 5.30pm. This is where lots of children learning how to ride a bike ride around the athletics track at Palmer Park with a couple of cycling experts there helping. Elliott enjoyed himself at first just riding around the track as fast as he could on his Ben 10 bike with his stabilisers on. After a while one of the helpers there took off his stabilisers and starting teaching him how to push off and pedal without stabilisers. We practiced this for a whole lap of the track and he did really well. He got a little tired towards the end and we still have a little way to go before he's really confident, but he did some stretches of up to 10 metres with me just touching his back and not holding him at all. We're going to practice again at the weekend. He eat bacon and jacket potato, but didn't go for brocoli, however he was quite tired after cycling so I didn't push it.
