Magnets

General 

Elliott was mainly good today, although for a period after football he was in one of his not listening moods. However by the end of shopping at Sainsburys he had become more responsive again and was good for the rest of the day.

Activities

After breakfast Elliott did the first part of his homework (he has the same times table sums to do in 3 sessions to see if he can get quicker each time). We also talked about magnets and magnetic fields for his home learning and found a You Tube video to watch about how magnets work. Then it was time for football which was a fairly average week and I thought he played at the back and in goal pretty well. After football we did some food shopping in Sainsburys and to start with he was being quite silly but he started listening when I told him we wouldn't look at toys at the end unless he behaved. After we got home we had ham sandwiches for lunch and he also chose some boxes of raisins in Sainsburys so he had a box for his pudding.

After lunch we went to visit Andrea's Dad and Harry and Jack were there so the boys all had a go flying the Drone which went down very well. They also played together and had fun. After we got home we had chicken fajitas for tea before bath time. After bath time he finished reading "Darth Vader and son" before we watched Ninja Warrior UK for a bit and then I read him the next Jack Stalwart chapter before bed time.
