General
Elliott was in good spirits after school. Miss Woods did come and speak to me after school because Elliott had hurt his finger by shutting it in a door after lunch and we also had a quick chat about Thursday's and Mrs Hema. It sounds like there won't be a phone call but she said that some of the class have problems adjusting to Mrs Hema's different style and Elliott says she is more impatient than Miss Woods. So Miss Woods said it's good to try and remind him that different people in life can act differently.
Activities
On our way home from school we sent shopping at Sainsburys and Elliott used his pocket money to buy a magazine for him and one for Libby (to give her at Christmas). After we got home I gave him some presents from The Lake District (a bookmark, a fossil and some a white chocolate sheep) and then he played for a while and read his new magazine. Then it was time for toast before he got ready for bed, read some of his school book, brushed his teeth and went to bed.
