General
Elliott was very good today.
Activities
In the morning it was the last hockey practice of the season. This year they had a tournament where parents joined in and played in teams with the children. Elliott's team won all of their games and he had Noah, Max and Tony Simpson in his team as well as Gareth's Dad and Alex (so quite strong). When he played the team I was in we almost held them to a 0-0 draw but right at the end Elliott scored a winner flicking the ball over my stick to score as I'd run back in to the goal. He was happy about this. After the tournament (which was enjoyable) Tony told everyone how well the boys team had done this year and gave out the awards and he gave Elliott the Coach's Player of the Season award which was brilliant and Elliott was very pleased. Gareth won the Player of the Season award and Lucas Sipson won Most Improved Player of the Season:
After hockey we went to Costa Coffee for lunch and Elliott had a ham and cheese panini.
After lunch, as it was finally dry, we went to St Crispins skatepark and Bracknell skatepark and Elliott practiced on his scooter and skateboard. He was getting really good with his scooter and did some 180 turns on ramps without putting his feet on the ground. Once we got home after the skateparks he practiced skateboarding outside again for a little while longer before having a bath and getting changed in to his pyjamas. Then we watched the end of Guardians of the Galaxy and we had cheese on toast for tea. After tea he practiced his Clarinet and then read more of his school book before going to sleep.
