Salisbury Cathedral School Association reunion

General

Elliott was really good today.

Activities

After breakfast we headed off to Salisbury where we visited Salisbury Cathedral School Association reunion for ex pupils there. After we arrived we had a look around the school and Elliott enjoyed running around the grounds and the "back of the lake" there:

He also seemed particularly interested in the English classroom. After we'd had a look round it was time for the photo of all the Old Boys who'd come and then we met up with Hilary Weale and had lunch in the school dining room. During lunch time Nick Berry also arrived. Elliott had ham rolls and the headmaster, who was around socialising, was very kind and got him a packet of crisps especially as he was the youngest visitor there. After lunch we all sang the school songs together and then it was time to head off to get to a John and Ruth Robertson's barbeque in Twyford.

There were three other boys at the barbeque, Gus. who was 8, his brother Evan who was 6 and another little boy called Sam who was 2. There were also 2 girls there, John and Ruth's daughters Alice, who was 4, and her sister Hetty, who was 2. So Elliott had a lot of fun playing with the other children, especially Gus and Evan:

The three of them played football outside in the garden for a long time, before going in for burgers and sausages at the table for tea. After tea they went back out and played more football before it was time for them to all go to bed at 8pm. They all brushed their teeth and Elliott, Gus and Evan all went to sleep in the same room where they were very quiet after bed time and were all asleep by 8.30pm.
